• Is this a real IQ test?

  No. Your score is an estimate shown with a confidence range, for entertainment and self-improvement. It is not a clinical, psychological, or diagnostic measurement and should not be used for any diagnostic purpose.

• How is the score calculated?

  From how many questions you answer correctly, weighted by difficulty, mapped to a familiar 100-centered scale and a percentile. Because it’s an estimate, it’s shown as a range, not a single exact number.

• Why does the score have a range?

  Any short test has measurement error. Showing a range (rather than a falsely precise single number) is the honest way to report it.

• What are the memory and speed tasks?

  Optional add-ons after the main test: a backward digit-span task (working memory) and a symbol-search task (processing speed) — two abilities a multiple-choice test can’t measure on its own. They’re reported as separate, raw scores.

• Do you collect my data?

  No. Everything stays on your device. There’s no account, no ads, and no tracking. See the Privacy Policy.

• Can I retake the test?

  Yes — as many times as you like. Each sitting pulls a fresh mix of questions with no repeats across retakes.

• How do I see what I got wrong?

  The results screen has a “Review Missed Questions” button showing each missed item and the correct answer.
